“Hey. Tell me more about your group.”

Minho attempted a conversation with a girl who sat next to him. She was quite tall, with a black, shoulder-length hair.

The girl gave a sharp look to the stranger who talked to her. Her eyes studied the Asian guy, who wore a dark teal shirt with torn sleeves and collar.

She caught a few words on Minho’s neck.

….Group A… The Leader.

“Is that a tattoo?” asked the girl, pointing at the Minho’s neck.

“Huh? This?”

She nodded. Her blue eyes locked at the words. For an instant, she almost looked like an Asian girl, like Minho, but her sky-colored eyes said otherwise.

“Yeah. Those shucks at WICKED apparently thought that our neck is some kind of a notepad.”

The girl let a little smile escaped from her dry lips.

“You asked me about my group. Well, we’re ink-free, unlike you guys.”

She stretched her arms, and then positioned herself to face Minho.

“I’m Florence, by the way.”

“I’m Minho.”

The conversation stopped. The crazy noise of the Berg filled the awkward silence.

“Florence, huh? As in Florence Nightingale?”

Somehow Minho still wanted to talk to this girl, so he continued the conversation.

“Good guess!” She gave a small laugh.

Minho smiled, realizing that those blue eyes now welcomed his presence.

Florence stared at Minho as if trying to study him inch by inch. She looked at Minho’s scar on his cheek. It was almost healed now. Then she threw her gaze into Minho’s legs, both had quite big scars from the storm when he crossed the desert at the Scorch.

“So, are you a Med-jack?” asked Minho. Seconds later he realized that people from Group B would not understand the slang of the Group A Gladers.

“Med-jack?”

“It’s, uh, some kind of doctors on our Group. You know, bandage, gauze, pills, etc?” Minho tried not to kick the table for his stupid question.

But Florence gave him a surprised look. “Well, yeah. We didn’t call it Med-jack on our group though. We called it Healers. And how do you know that?”

“Pure luck?” Minho smiled dryly.

“Liar.” She said that with a playful tone.

Minho felt like he could not hide anything from Florence.

“Well, I think that you’re interested with my scars. You keep staring at them.” Minho pointed at his cheek and shook his right leg.

Florence let another laugh slipped from her lips.

“Besides, Florence Nightingale is a medic lady.” Minho joined her laugh.

“She’s a nurse. And sorry for staring at your wounds.”

“No problem. I don’t mind a girl stares at my whole body. I’ve been living with boys for around 2 years and– OUCH!”

Florence kicked Minho’s left leg, right on his nearly-healed scar.

“I’m NOT staring at your body, Mr. Burnt.”

“Hey! As medics, you should’ve known that you shouldn’t mess with people’s wound!” Minho felt pain and a strange joy at the same time.

Florence opened her bag, and pulled out something that appears to be a bandage. It was yellow and had a pattern of cute animals.

“What’s that girly thing– HEY!”

Florence stuck the bandage on Minho’s cheek, covering the scar on his face. She laughed really hard that her whole body started shaking.

“I won’t have a klunk like this on my manly face! Take it off!” Minho tried to pull the bandage, but Florence’s left hand quickly pulled Minho’s fingers.

Minho felt a small jolt in his body when Florence’s fingers touched him. It felt like he was being struck by the storm’s lightning, only this one was a little.. less threatening.

Florence noticed the sudden reaction of Minho, and quickly pulled her hand.

“Surprisingly, it suits you well.” She giggled nervously. Her heart suddenly beat really fast.

“Anyway, what do you know about WICKED? Maybe we can share some information.” Florence tried to talk about something else, hoping her heart would calm down.

Just when Minho opened his mouth to speak, Florence’s head suddenly got hit with an extreme dizziness. Her body feels so light, like flying high in the sky.

She saw Minho’s eyelids slowly closed.

Florence gave a quick look on her surroundings, and saw that everyone around her has stopped talking and started falling like they are being sedated.

Last thing she knew was her own body has fallen into a deep slumber.

Well, I tend to search things I wanna buy on the internet first. I checked the price, browse the [...]]]> Holiday. At last. After 2 years of hard work, I got myself a holiday for 1 month. And yes, I’m gonna spend half of my holiday to renovate my room. Time to do some shopping :D

Well, I tend to search things I wanna buy on the internet first. I checked the price, browse the products and look for inspirations to complete my needs.

First of all, I have a particular interest towards lamps. I want a good-looking lamp because I’m bored with my plain light bulb. I found myself a wide selection of indoor lamps to decorate my room here. That Pink Sapphire Mini Bulb Chandelier over there looks really cute. And these lovely lamps, especially the Harbor Lighthouse Motif Touch Lamp, really suites the Pink Chandelier! Next, I think I also need a desk lamp. Any classic model will do, but these stylish desk lamps changed my mind :P And the final part is, of course, home decoration that meets my personal taste! Antique rugs, oak bookcases and funny CD holders will make my room prettier :3

It’s gonna be a very busy holiday :D
